Floss joined Learnit as Event Director in March 2020. Prior to that, Floss spent 11 years at Livity, a youth-led creative network, working to measurably improve the lives of young people, by delivering creative work that achieves business benefit alongside broader social advantage.
During this period, Floss co-created a range of strategic global campaigns, creating content, building programmes and delivering consultancy with private, public and third sector clients, whilst mentoring young people day to day to ensure their wellbeing and achieve their professional goals.
