Avron started the organisation 27 years ago. He comes from an Industrial Psychology background. He authored the competency Framework for Career Development Practitioners in South Africa and is the founding chairperson of the South African Career Development Association. He has consulted nationally and internationally on career and study guidance. He lives in Cape Town, South Africa
