Tony Fisher has over 35 years’ experience in private legal practice and is the head of the commercial department. He undertakes Company/Commercial and partnership work, advises charities and educational establishments, and is engaged in the firm’s international practice. He has wide experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate re-structuring, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, employment and commercial litigation matters. Tony is also a CEDR accredited mediator.
