Jess joined Aspire in 2020 after finishing her Law degree and returning to Bromsgrove. During her degree she had a particular interest in Employment law and Company law where she covered various topics including employment status, employment relationships, corporate governance issues such as directors duties and the framework of both the employment and company law systems in the UK.

Jess applied her previous experience along with the knowledge from her degree in order to support the technical team at Aspire and develop her understanding of all things tax and employment law.

Jess has conducted bespoke training on Right to Work for clients over the past few months and looks forward to sharing her knowledge with you.
