I am Marilu “Arpana” Holmes. Originally from Venezuela. I came to USA with my American-Venezuelan husband in 1999. I have the honor to be the mother of 2 wonderful souls, who are my greatest teachers. I’m very happy with my life as is, but it wasn’t always like that.
I used to take suffering very seriously. I believed that the “no pain no gain” formula was the only way to fulfillment… until I took myself to the edge by opening a business, while giving birth to my second child, while my husband was loosing his job.
Since then, I’ve focused my attention in cleaning the space of my body by learning yoga and meditation, reading as many books as I can, and participating in all kinds of seminars from various spiritual masters.
