Michelle Charlton
Over her career, Michelle has worked for a variety of organisations of various sizes, in both the public and private sector. Her first entry to workplace training was in 1993.

Michelle has a curiosity and passion for learning and development and looks to cultivate and share this at every opportunity.

Her work experience and vocational qualifications include those in workshop facilitation and presentation, leadership and management, project management, training and education, and business operations. 

In recent years, Michelle has worked within the VET sector as a trainer and assessor, and RTO branch manager, before focusing on Instructional Design.

Michelle has tertiary qualifications in psychology, adult and vocational education, and a Master of Training and Development. 

She currently works as a resource developer and industry consultant, and some of her contracts include those with peak industry associations, public and private RTOs. Michelle thoroughly enjoys delivering professional development sessions and sharing ideas aimed at improving VET practice.
