Brian Chapaitis served in Papua New Guinea with SIL for 32 years. His last assignments there were related to national training efforts for future PNGan Bible Translators, although many expatriates benefited as well. Brian has been applying computer based tools toward Language Development since the dawn of personal computers, back in 1984. He served for many years representing the Pacific Area as the Area's Language Technology Coordinator. Together, with Dr. Helen, his wife, they continue to serve God and the local church communities through their technical and medical skills.
