Restaurant resilience: From off-premise challenges to engaging a changed consumer

About This Webinar

This webinar is sponsored by our partner McCain Foods.

During this session, you will hear about how overall dining attitudes and foodservice behaviors continue to evolve in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic. From takeout and delivery to increased digital behaviors, we will focus on the various ways consumers in different life stages have altered their habits and routines and identify emerging consumer demands from Gen Z through Boomers.

Robert Byrne, director of consumer insights with Technomic, will provide an up-to-date view of the current landscape and future of the foodservice consumer as we navigate new pandemic waves. Ultimately, we will explore how to best support operators as they successfully engage diners and guests—both near term and after pandemic concerns subside.
