Endangered cranes dancing in the falling snow, massive sea eagles hunting from drift ice, and red foxes patrolling frozen fields - nevermind the famous snow monkeys! In a country rich in culture, food, and boasting some of the world's busiest transportation hubs, there is still an amazing diversity of wildlife that can be found in Japan, far away from the bullet trains and skyscrapers. Join Alyce Bender, Wildside Nature Tours photography leader and Tamron Ambassador, for an insider's look at some of the wondrous wildlife photography opportunities that Japan has to offer in the coldest season of the year.
