Kate started at WeWork in August 2015 as a Real Estate lawyer, first overseeing growth of the West Coast portfolio and eventually managing the Real Estate legal team for the US & Canada as Associate General Counsel. In 2018, Kate moved to the Global Real Estate business team and is now responsible for leading strategic transactions and product incubation in addition to overseeing multiple market portfolios in the US and Canada. Kate also serves on WeWork's Global Diversity Leadership Council, which focuses on expanding and implementing the company's DEI initiatives, and is an Executive Sponsor of Parents at WeWork.

Prior to WeWork, Kate worked as a real estate associate in the New York office of Paul Hastings LLP. Kate received her JD from Columbia University and a BA in Religious Studies from Yale University. She lives in New York City with her husband, Rob, and two young sons, Charlie & Sam.
