Vincent has been with WeWork for over seven years, starting as an Enterprise Account Executive and rising through the ranks to become a key sales leader at the company. During his tenure, he has played a pivotal role in structuring large-scale, complex transactions—connecting some of the world’s largest companies and most recognizable brands with the workplace solutions they need. He has also guided those relationships through significant challenges, including the COVID-19 pandemic and the company’s restructuring.

Before joining WeWork, Vincent worked in the technology and banking sectors, where he built a strong foundation in deal-making and cross-industry collaboration. He is passionate about solving complex problems and creating value through thoughtful partnerships.

Nick Giraudeau
Head of Broker Partnerships, EMEA & APAC | WeWork
Nick Giraudeau is the Head of Broker Partnerships and Managed Solutions Lead for EMEA and Asia-Pacific at WeWork, a leading global flexible space provider, with over 45 million sq ft across more than 600 locations in 37 countries globally. In his role, Nick leads WeWork’s relationships with real estate brokerage firms, focusing on communicating and delivering the company’s value proposition of private office spaces, Access memberships, and Managed Solutions. During his tenure, Nick has played a key role in expanding and deepening the company’s global broker network and strengthening strategic enterprise relationships across international markets.

Before joining WeWork, Nick served as Head of Corporate Real Estate at HSBC, overseeing the bank’s 25 million sq ft global office portfolio spanning over 60 countries. He has also held senior roles as Partner at Cushman & Wakefield and Managing Director at Colliers, where he led global real estate strategies for Fortune 500 companies. Throughout his career, Nick has worked extensively across international markets including Brazil and Spain, and speaks Spanish, Portuguese, and French.

Jessica Morin
Head of Occupier Research | Newmark
Jessica Morin is Head of National Occupier Research at Newmark, where she leads thought leadership and research initiatives focused on occupier behavior, labor market dynamics and macroeconomic trends. Her work supports advisors and clients in making informed, data-driven real estate decisions that align portfolio optimization, workforce strategy and location planning.

Morin works in close collaboration with Newmark’s Research, Consulting and Leasing teams to strengthen occupier-focused advisory and enhance the firm’s integrated research capabilities.

With more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate research and economic development, Morin has a proven track record of translating complex data into actionable insights. She joined Newmark from CBRE, where she served as Director of U.S. Office Research, leading national programs analyzing office market performance, workplace strategy, and economic drivers.

Other prior roles include Senior Director and Director of Market Analytics at CoStar Group, where she oversaw economic research for the Mountain West and Arizona markets; Vice President of Business Expansion at the Arizona Commerce Authority; and research positions at CBRE and Marcus & Millichap.

Alejandro Rivero

Alejandro Rivero is currently global head of Corporate Real Estate at Davidson Kempner Capital Management, a global alternative asset management firm.

He started his career as a Mechanical Engineer working in the oil and telecom industries before transitioning into consulting and business roles.

Alejandro spent 20+ years working in various positions at AXA and Samsung, where he was in charge of their real estate portfolio in North America and led multiple large construction projects to optimize footprint and implement modern workplace practices.

At Davidson Kempner, Alejandro is implementing portfolio and workplace strategies to provide flexibility and enable growth with a focus on attracting and retaining the best talent.
