VP, Global Real Estate | WeWork

Phuong is the Head of International Real Estate at WeWork, based in London. She oversees the company’s international portfolio spanning 21 countries, 35 cities, and 166 locations across the EMEA and APAC regions. In this strategic leadership role, Phuong plays a key role in WeWork’s global portfolio management and growth. She is responsible for developing and executing portfolio strategies, leading lease negotiations, and fostering strong relationships with landlords and brokers - in close collaboration with WeWork’s Broker team.

Since joining WeWork, Phuong has held several roles, including in Global Landlord Partnerships and Deal Management, based in New York. Prior to WeWork, she was Vice President of Asset Management at BlackRock, managing a diverse portfolio of asset classes across the U.S. Before that, she worked as a real estate investment manager in Australia.

Elizabeth Hart

President of Leasing, North America | Newmark

Elizabeth (Liz) Hart is President of Leasing for North America at Newmark, where she oversees U.S. and Canadian operations, leads leasing strategy, and supports advisors and clients across the firm. A member of Newmark’s Executive Committee, she plays a key role in driving growth, leveraging cross-platform synergies, and enhancing technology solutions alongside the CIO.
With deep expertise in representing technology companies—from startups to Fortune 50—Hart understands the evolving workplace needs at every stage of growth. She has led major urban development projects, helped reposition large-scale assets, and advised both tenants and landlords in the TAMI/TMT sectors. Since joining Newmark in 2005, she has completed over 35 million square feet in transactions valued at more than $4.2 billion, consistently ranking among the top producers nationally.

Ryan is a commercial operator with a track record of leading high-performing teams and turning strategy into results. He has built and scaled revenue functions across markets, products, and business challenges — always with a focus on execution.
