Mayank Patel is the Country Manager for Adecco Middle East Region. He brings over 12 years’ experience gained across the Recruitment Staffing Industry, having partnered clients in the design, implementation, and management of complex human capital solutions.

Mayank started his career with Eli Lilly as an Area Manager and Business Manager position for 8 years. He joined Adecco in 2007 as a Business Manager focusing on key account management, Operations, and Business Development, after which he took over the DGM Operations role in the Staffing Business. In 2013, Mayank was appointed as General Manager for Staffing, before taking over the Head of Staffing position in 2014. In 2015, Mayank was appointed as Director of Professional Recruitment across India.

Mayank has graduated from Gujarat University in India with a Bachelor of Science, Chemistry. He has been awarded as a ‘ Thought Leadership Champion’ in 2018 for active participation in more than 13 TL programs across the region. He was also facilitated with the Best Recruiter award for Staffing Industry in India for the past 3 years. In the Middle East, Mayank focuses on implementing our Perform, Transform, and Innovate strategy to strive market leadership position in all our business areas and drive sustainable growth.

    Senior Human Resources Advisor with over 10 years of specialisation experience cross multi-industry in profit and non-profit organisations. Adaptable to change and a team player with effective mentoring style. Possess a rich and broad knowledge of HR best practices, as well as comprehensive experience in different discipline of HR. Joined People Connect Consultancy in 2016, as an HRBP and got promoted to managing partner where I get to manage different local and virtual teams spanning across the GCC region in the formulation and execution of projects related to HR strategy, culture change, global values roll-out employee engagement, employee relation, SLAs, nationalisation, and HR solutions for our clients.

    Currently, I hold a BSc in business administration, I’m a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, and currently pursuing my Masters in HR & Organisational psychology with Westford.
