George Parry is a Director of Credit Suisse in Human Resources, based in London. He is the bank's Head of Experienced Recruitment for Technology, where the focus is on finding the best talent, preparing them for success and developing their careers via internal mobility, as well as partnering on leading initiatives like the Real Returns program which supports women who have taken a career break.

George has worked in HR and Recruitment since the early 2000’s and worked for several large financial services and consulting businesses over this time. Prior to his current role, George served as a global HR Business Partner at UBS supporting the Investment Banking Division and has held various recruitment roles at Barclays, JPMorgan and Sapient.

George studied a Sports Degree at Solent University, is a father of three and remains a passionate fan of all sport.

Katie Baker is a Vice President of Credit Suisse in the Human Resources function, based in London. She is responsible for Diversity Recruitment and Internal Mobility across the EMEA region.

Katie joined Credit Suisse in November 2012 from previously working as a secondary school English teacher as part of the Teach First program. Prior to that, she worked at a number of recruitment firms.
Katie holds a degree in English Language and Linguistics from the University of Edinburgh.

Audrey Bampoe is a Senior Data Engineer within Global Markets technology. Audrey joined Credit Suisse in 2000, as part of the Cash Securities Operations team. Audrey has made use of the firm’s internal mobility initiative and has held a number of roles within Credit Suisse, from a SME for operations changes to a project manager and lead business analyst within the Strategic Change organization. Until 2015, following her successful completion of her BSc (Honours) in Computing and Information Technology degree, she moved into technology supporting Client Reference Data business processes. Audrey now works within Risk Technology designing and driving solutions to ensure compliance with Market Risk regulatory requirements such as FRTB.

Audrey is an advocate for parity, she volunteers as a Modern Muse – a program which aims to provide role models for young girls and provide support for future career decisions.
In 2019, she was voted by WeAreTechWomen as one of Top 100 Women in Technology, as part of her support for increasing awareness of the importance of parity within technology.
Audrey recently became the co-chair for the Credit Suisse European Women’s Network, a Diversity and Inclusion initiate aimed to support women to achieve parity.
Audrey is a trustee and a local committee chair for a charity based in the London Borough of Newham. Fight for Peace combines boxing and martial arts with education and personal development to realize the potential of young people in communities affected by crime, violence and social exclusion
Audrey is also an active member of the Christian Faith Network.

Laura Barrowman is the Group Chief Information Officer at Credit Suisse, focusing on setting the direction for all of IT and ensuring the integrity of production environments within the bank’s control framework. She currently oversees over 12,000 employees globally.
During her 25-year tenure at Credit Suisse, Laura has held many leadership positions in the various IT organizations. Most recently, she served as the Chief Technology Officer responsible for the firm’s technology infrastructure, while previously acting as Chief Information Officer for Technology Services. Also during her tenure at Credit Suisse, she led the Production and Shared Testing Services Group, and was formerly the Head of Information Technology for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region.

Laura joined Credit Suisse First Boston in September 1994. Throughout her career, Laura has passionately championed and empowered females through leading women’s groups, such as the IT Women’s Champions. She is also very committed to the advancement and globalization of STEM programs – and the overall proliferation of elevated educational opportunities for children. Laura sits on the Board of Teach For All.

Other accolades of note include serving as the co-chair of the WEF Global Future Council for Cybersecurity (2019); named to Financial News’ list of 100 Most Influential Women in Finance (2017, 2018, 2019); Credit Suisse Aeppli Winner (2018); and named to the Financial Times’ HERoes list of Champions of Women in Business (2018).

Emma Brady is a Vice President working for Enterprise and Security Services in Credit Suisse. She has been working for Credit Suisse for 10 years, based in London. Emma is a Chief of Staff, reporting to the Global Divisional lead and has previously held Project, Programme and Business Management roles. Emma is a working mother with two children aged three and seven.

Jason is a Managing Director in IT at Credit Suisse responsible for front office trading risk management systems for International Trading Solutions (ITS). He has worked at Credit Suisse for 10 years. Prior to Credit Suisse Jason held numerous senior technical roles in the high-tech industry and was the founder and CEO of a start-up. Jason has been working flexibly in various forms for the past 20 years.

Along with her role as a Director and Head of Global Markets Technology Strategic Programs at Credit Suisse, Pips Bunce is co-chair of the firm’s EMEA LGBT+ & Ally Network. She is also a proud committee member of the European Women’s Network, GM Women Connect committee and member of the IT Women’s Council group.

Pips was awarded a prestigious position in the OUTStanding, Involve and Yahoo Finance executive leader list, featured in the HERoes Female Executives list, shortlisted for the European Diversity Awards and won the Inspirational Leader category as part of the British LGBT Awards.

She is a prolific public speaker (including for the Women of the Square Mile and WIBF), a regular panelist, presenter and media contributor (including for the BBC and Financial News). Pips also carries out much work with other key organizations having presented in parliament and working with the Government Equalities Office, highlighting the importance, significance and impact of Diversity and Inclusion, authenticity and intersectionality in all its amazing and holistic forms diversity can take.

Gemma Jackson has worked at Credit Suisse for 12 years and is a Director working in Enterprise Technology Strategy and Architecture. During her time with the company, she has held diverse roles from Market Data to Batch Management . At home she is mother to three small boys aged seven, five and one

Neha is EMEA Head of Prime Derivatives Services Technology and Global Product Manager.
Prime Derivatives business provides external institutional clients Execution and Clearing Services. Neha works with senior stakeholders in New York, London, Hong Kong, Singapore and Zurich to provide end-to-end technology solutions, leveraging platforms owned by PDS Technology, broader Equities technology and Operations organization.

Neha graduated from Brunel University and went further to study Organic Chemistry (PhD) at University College London. She made a decision to transition out from her much loved Chemistry field to embark on an IT journey accompanied with her valued analytic skills. She joined Credit Suisse in 2000 with no prior experience in IT or the financial industry.

David Jones is Head of DevOps and Development Practices at Credit Suisse, based in London. This remit covers a number of strategic themes across technology including DevOps, Open Source, Sustainable Technology and Developer Tools and Services.

David’s group of technologists delivers solutions and services to the organization covering approximately 35,000 users, including support of the organization’s software delivery pipeline for more than 12,000 applications. The team aims to reduce any friction within software development and delivery.
David joined the bank in 2015 and has been working in the banking industry for over 20 years following a successful military career.

Over the years, David has spent the majority of his time as a software developer, creating systems across most areas of the business with a particular focus on analytics and research. In recent years David has taken his software development experience and moved towards implementing new approaches, tools and practices, covering all areas across the code and development themes.

David studied Aeronautical Engineering at Princess Marina College in Arborfield.

Lux graduated from UCL with a degree in Chemical Engineering and is currently a Campus Recruiter for Global Markets and Technology at Credit Suisse. He has seven years’ experience within the graduate recruitment space and has delivered high impact campus campaigns for a number of large multinational corporations.

Marie Martin is currently Director, Chief Operating Officer for CFO EMEA and UK Regulated Entities based in London. Marie is also co-chair of the Credit Suisse UK Family Network.

Marie joined Credit Suisse in 2008 and has held various roles in Operations, IT, Fixed Income and Global Markets. Previously, Marie held roles at Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley in London and New York.

Marie holds a Bachelor of Arts from Penn State University.

Michelle Mendelsson is a Director of Credit Suisse, based in London. She is the Head of Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) Diversity and Inclusion and responsible for the strategic development and implementation of the firm’s comprehensive diversity program.

Prior to joining Credit Suisse in 2000, Michelle worked for Marks and Spencer in a variety of commercial positions. She holds a degree in Economics from the University of Manchester.

Michelle is a Trustee of the Credit Suisse EMEA Philanthropy Committee since 2011.

Michelle lives in North London and has two daughters aged 17 and 15.

Tasnima is a Computer Science graduate from Queen Mary University of London. After completing the Summer Internship at Credit Suisse in 2018, she returned in 2019 as a First Year Analyst for the Credit Suisse Technology Graduate Program as an Application Developer in Global Markets.

Maria (Masha) Netchaeva is an apprentice Software Developer at Credit Suisse.

Masha entered the apprenticeship program in November 2019, first completing a three months intensive course with the training provider Makers, and then joining the Equity Derivatives IT Trade Lifecycle Services within Global Markets Technology in March 2020.

Masha has had no previous coding experience. Prior to joining Credit Suisse, she worked as a freelancer in business journalism, translation, academic publishing and higher education since 2002.

Masha obtained her first degree in Languages and Literature from the Urals State University, Russia. She also holds an MSc in Management from the University of Bath.

Simon Rous is a Director of Credit Suisse in the Global Markets Technology division, based in London. He is responsible for Equity Derivatives Trade Capture and Lifecycle Processing Software across Global Markets and APAC.

Simon joined Credit Suisse in June 1998 as a software developer and he has held a number of roles at Credit Suisse since then.

Monika Shukla is a Vice President of Credit Suisse in the Group IT Strategy and Architecture function, based in London. She is a Project Manager responsible for the Data Governance and Tooling Projects, fulfilling key regulatory requirements.

Monika joined Credit Suisse London in April 2016 as part of the Real Returns 2016 Program. Her last role was an IT Project Manager with Standard Chartered Bank, which ended in December 2013.

Monika holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Mumbai.

Irina Sonich-Bright is a Managing Director of Credit Suisse in the Global Markets Equities division, based in London. She is responsible for product, market structure and regulation driven changes that affect equites trading. Irina holds a first class degree in Computing and Information Systems from the University of Manchester.
