Trey and Maura will give an overview of the excellent exploration opportunities at the Dryden Gold Property in Northwestern Ontario. The project is located in a gold rich area along with neighbours Red Lake Mine, Great Bear and Rainy River. Exploration is made easy in this area with excellent infrastructure including; road and rail running through the project as well as Ontario grid power and gas. The property is situated in a highly prospective geological setting with high-grade gold mineralization known across the large property. Dryden Gold has an experienced management team and board with a track record of building shareholder value, regional property consolidation and exploration success. Dryden Gold is privately held with several strategic shareholders and is expected to commence an IPO in 2023.

Trey Wasser
CEO & Director
Mr. Wasser served as the President and CEO of Ely Gold Royalties Inc. from 2010 until its sale in 2021. During his tenure, he transformed Ely Gold from an exploration/development company with a market cap of $6MM to royalty company with an asset portfolio valued at $300MM in the sale to Gold Royalty Corp. He is the President and Director of Research for Pilot Point Partners specializing in precious metal mining and oil & gas development. He has been in the brokerage and venture capital business for over 40 years. He spent 20 years as a bond salesman and trader with Merrill Lynch, Kidder Peabody and Paine Webber where his clientele included many Fortune 100 companies and institutional money managers.

Maura J. Kolb
President
Maura Kolb is a professional geologist with 15 years' experience in mining and exploration. She has a diverse background from grassroots exploration to bringing projects into commercial production. Maura has been focused on precious metals mining and exploration but recently became director for Critical Discoveries. Maura also sits on the board of the Northwestern Ontario Chapter of Women in Mining. Maura has driven geological excellence in her teams through systematic exploration, implementation of industry best practices and interdisciplinary collaboration.
Maura’s most recent role preceding joining Dryden Gold was Director of Exploration for Treasury Metals. Before Treasury, Maura spent eight years in the Red Lake Camp with Goldcorp, Newmont, Evaluation and Battle North leading geology and exploration for Mine sites and regionally. Before working in Red Lake, Maura worked consulting for junior mining companies focused on precious metals, which took her to various geological settings and locations. Maura completed a Master of Science at Lakehead University; her research was focused on structural controls of gold mineralization. Throughout her career this background in structural geology has been a foundation for unlocking exploration potential in complex geologic settings.
