• Beneficiary preferences banner- make changes without leaving the screen
• Add current plan- to compare benefits side by side
• Consumer account overview- clearer idea of what actions they need to take
• Personal link direct to beneficiary account- consumers can access their account details, quote, and enroll
• Inactive profiles- archive duplicate or outdated beneficiary profiles
