If you are dreading an upcoming conversation over a dispute with a neighbour, then this is the webinar for you. Brian Hutcheson, our leader for this webinar, assisted by some volunteer landlords, demonstrates techniques you can use to hold that challenging conversation without creating further conflict.

At the end of this session you will
• recognise how to hold challenging conversations to address a variety of issues.
• be able to identify trigger points and learn about impulse control.
• know how to use conversation and collaboration to resolve differences of opinion.
• be able to reduce the occurrence of conflict using our model and questioning techniques.

If you wish to obtain a CPD Certificate for attending this webinar, look out for the course code embedded in the recording and then follow this link to the form which must be completed with the course code. Your certificate will be emailed to you.

Annie Flint became interested in tenement management when she had some interesting experiences during communal block repairs. She subsequently wrote "The Tenement Handbook" with her co-author John Gilbert. After many further adventures in all things tenemental, and when the Tenement Handbook became sadly dated, Annie and John set up the website www.underoneroof.scot that took the Handbook online. Under One Roof has been widely praised, even being mentioned favourably in the Scottish Parliament.
