Huna is an ancient Hawaiian empowerment and healing practice and modality.
Huna is said to date back as far as 35,000 years. Little has been known about these practices as it was outlawed in 1820, and only became more readily accepted in the late 1970’s. Much of teaching is not in books but held in the chants, symbols, and traditional Hula dances.
