IT WASN'T A FAD . . . . . .

How do you go from down and depressed to feeling the joy that life has to offer?
In my case, it was within the space of 4 weeks; I contemplated suicide in September 2000 and was excited about life by the end of the following month.

This October marks my 23 year anniversary of giving up my chartered accountancy studies to become a coach and hypnotherapist instead.

From the outside looking in, it seemed nonsensical. Giving up several years of study to do something I didn't even know really existed a few short months before.

Have you ever had one of those times where you hit upon something that, for some inexplicable reason, just seems so right but it's also a MASSIVE risk? This was one of those times.

I wasn't particularly consciously tuned into my intuition back then, and the decision went against every logical bone in my body. So how did I know?

There was a pivotal moment. THAT voice, what I know call #MyOtherBrain asked a question so simple yet profound, and it was a question I could neither ignore nor answer. The only answer which wouldn't plunge me deeper into the dark night of the soul made no sense to me.
