About
As AI takes over routine and repetitive tasks, the real differentiator for organisations is no longer technical efficiency—but human connection, adaptability, and emotional intelligence (EI).

In this 60-minute session, tailored for the Australian HR community, we’ll explore:

- How AI is reshaping work—and why soft skills like EI matter more than ever
- The role of HR in building an EI-driven culture that future-proofs talent and drives organisational success
- Practical frameworks and tools to measure and develop EI across your workforce
- Interactive exercises to help you recognise and leverage EI in leadership and team development

By the end of this session, you’ll leave with insights and strategies to help your organisation harness EI as a strategic skill, not just a soft skill—enabling stronger leaders, more resilient teams, and better business outcomes.

Bonus: All attendees will receive a complimentary Emotional Intelligence assessment with personalised feedback to help you start applying these insights immediately.
