Generative AI has produced a lot of hype, but has the hype translated into application among marketing leaders and practitioners? Most agree that generative AI brings equal parts opportunity and apprehension, but very few answers when it comes to the practice of marketing and the impact it will have on customer experiences.

Join our webinar as Jacklyn Alston, Digital Marketing Manager for Haggar Clothing, poses the questions marketers really want answered about generative AI to our panel of experts: Roman Gun, VP Product Management for Zeta Global, and Forrester Research Principal Analyst Jessica Liu.

They will address the questions marketers are eager to ask, including:

  • Why should I or any marketing team care about generative AI?
  • How prevalent is the use of generative AI in marketing programs today?
  • How does generative AI differ from other types of AI such as predictive AI?
  • Will generative AI be additive to my current strategy, or transformative?
  • What are the initial steps I can take towards implementing generative AI?

Digital Marketing Manager - Haggar Clothing Co.
While her career was first founded in female-centered industries (beginning in product development at Sally Beauty Supply and rounding out most recently in women's wholesale clothing), Jacklyn Alston has made a pivot and is currently the digital marketing manager for the men's apparel brand, Haggar Clothing Co. She focuses on blending her love for creative design and analytical data in her current position and manages several digital marketing efforts, including email operations, SMS communications, and "a few other odds and ends". She also works closely with other departments to strategize and innovate all marketing efforts for the direct-to-consumer brand. Although she is still early in her professional career, Jacklyn has had the wonderful opportunity to explore many facets of a profession in digital marketing; most notably when she was able to play "social media manager" for Haggar and attended Super Bowl LVI in Los Angeles to help promote the Gold Jacket by Haggar with the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Jacklyn resides in Dallas, Texas, is married, and is a proud Auntie to 5 wonderful nieces.
