The transitions of life and especially middle age have a difference flavor. While we'll be using mid-life transitions as the catalyst for this series of teachings, Endings, Messy Middles and New Beginnings apply to all transition.

2. Write your Epitaph which is something that would fit on a grave-stone. Short and brief that describes the person you were or how you want to be remembered. Not more that 3-5 sentences should do it.
3. Is your Ending and External Kick or Internal Shift?
4. Share anything you are Denying yourself. A new career, relationship, move to a new location, or what?
5. List what sort of Emotions you are experiencing.
