Prior to joining Fireblocks, Neil spent three and a half years at Ripple enabling next generation global payment offerings leveraging digital assets. Neil’s experience before entering the blockchain and crypto space was focused on working with large multinational corporates on process design and technology implementations within their treasury functions, including global cash and liquidity management, payments and hedging.

Before Rapyd, she held leadership roles at Worldpay, Vantiv, and Mercury Payment Systems, and earlier built her career in product management and IT at IBM and InfoPrint.

An inventor on two U.S. patents and a proven mentor and team builder, Kristin combines technical depth with commercial vision. Her ability to bridge product, sales, and executive teams makes her a powerful driver of strategy and execution in the payments and fintech space.
