About
The events of the past two years have demonstrated that disruption is here to stay. Global commerce and distribution have continued to feel the ongoing aftershocks of these unprecedented events, exposing both the vulnerabilities of business but also opportunities for rapid growth and transformation.

Consumer realities have reset their level of reliance on technology and digital platforms, expecting frictionless shopping experiences supported by the digitisation of the physical world. Organisations must build differentiated, connected, and personalised experiences for customers across all channels, supported by sustainable, resilient supply chains.

Microsoft has not been immune to the impacts felt from disruption. With our global stores transitioning to a digital-only model during Covid-19, the team embarked on an end-to-end transformation agenda to re-think the customer experience and touchpoints across all channels. Join us as we explore the retail transformation journey of Microsoft’s very own physical stores across the globe and our digital online channels to rapidly adapt to the changing retail landscape. Hear from Carissa Allen (World Wide Director – Microsoft Stores), and Michelle Casey (ANZ Digital Stores Lead) to provide a deep dive into the initiatives and learnings from our store re-invention.

Key Themes:
• Retail Model transformation
• Humanization of Digital
• Frontline Worker Enablement
