We are proud to announce the sixth edition of our annual event, The Lumsden Leadership Summit, a unique platform that encourages and inspires the student body and wider community by exposing them to successful women from across all business and society sectors.
Today we invite you to join our talk on law, where we have invited interesting, successful and prominent women from the legal profession.

Sarah was appointed Queen's Counsel and Senior Treasury Counsel in 2014 and as deputy First Senior Treasury Counsel in 2018.
Sarah prosecutes and defends in a wide variety of cases, many of which are high profile, such as the forthcoming trial relating to police cover-up allegations after the Hillsborough disaster. Other cases include murder, terrorism, corruption, sexual offences, fraud and cybercrime.
She appears regularly in the Court of Appeal on behalf of both the appellants, respondents, and the Attorney General. She is also instructed to appear in the High Court in judicial reviews and appeals by way of case stated. She is on the Attorney General's list of special advocates.

To facilitate the conference, we have our own Beatrice Mary Byrne Hill, a member of the Lumsden Club, and fourth year at St Andrew's. Following her conversion into law, she will complete her Law Qualification at Norton Rose Fulbright.

These women will share their work, achievements, and insights as they represent all that we are seeking to promote and inspire in the next generation of leaders.

We are looking forward to seeing you at our event.
    Kind regards,
