Ahead of #LetGirlsPlay month, we recognise that clubs and providers might be looking for relatable female role models to lead their taster sessions, and ensure delivery is sustainable in the long term.

This workshop, facilitated by our W&G Coach Development team will guide clubs and providers through a newly developed tool, called ‘Stepping Over the Sidelines’ which is specifically aimed at giving females the confidence to lead and coach.

By the end of the session, clubs should feel empowered to self-deliver ‘Stepping Over the Sidelines’ to their own network, be that parents, students, players or wider community members, to recruit and develop new coaches and leaders.
