John Carey Siegler is a Managing Director and Head of Food, Consumer, and Retail Middle Market M&A at BMO Capital Markets. Mr. Siegler has been an investment banker for more than 35 years. Prior to his role at BMO, John was a Managing Director at Cascadia Capital, Piper Jaffray, Dain Raucher Wessels and Volpe Brown & Whelen, where he ran each firm’s private placement group and consumer/retail investment banking teams. Additionally, he founded and served as a managing partner for Capital Run LLC, which was merged into D.A. Davidson. Previously he was at Montgomery Securities and Paine Webber, Inc. in San Francisco.

Mr. Siegler has worked as a financial strategic advisor to leading food/beverage, consumer, technology, and retail/restaurant companies. Erica Kuhlmann
Managing Director and Market Executive of BMO’s Food, Consumer and Agribusiness Group
Erica T. Kuhlmann is a Managing Director and Market Executive of BMO’s Food, Consumer and Agribusiness Group. The Food, Consumer and Agribusiness Group focuses on building banking relationships with mid market companies in the industry sector. Erica is a thirty plus year veteran of BMO Financial Group, having served in various leadership roles throughout her tenure at the bank.

She has worked with agribusiness companies, branded and private label food manufacturers, front line commodity processors, protein processors, input suppliers, wholesale distributors and grocery chains throughout her career, providing banking services, capital and advice to companies in the sector.

Erica holds a BA from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Booth School of Management at the University of Chicago. She is a board member of IFAMA, the International Food and Agribusiness Management Association, Chicagoland Food and Beverage Network and Naturally Chicago.
