Wade Hanson has more than twenty-five years of experience in strategic planning, market sizing, market trend evaluation, category opportunity assessments, and company benchmarking.
Wade has led Technomic’s supermarket foodservice practice area since 2006. He has partnered with both grocers and manufacturers on how to optimize prepared food sales. In addition to his supermarket foodservice channel expertise, Wade has done extensive work in the bakery category and has spent considerable time advising the industry on the future of sustainability in foodservice.
Since joining Technomic, Wade has conducted and written numerous multi-sponsor and proprietary studies encompassing all foodservice segments. During his years with the firm, he has had an active role with key clients in interpreting implications and developing targeted strategic plans.
Wade has regularly presented at industry events, including the Foodservice Sales and Marketing Association (FSMA) Top 2 Top conference, the National Restaurant Association Show and more. He’s been cited by publications such as Wall Street Journal, Chicago Tribune, Crain’s, and Bloomberg News and has made appearances across various television news networks.
Bruce is a results-driven executive in the hospitality industry who is a partner at Kinetic12, a strategic management-consulting firm that specializes in the Foodservice industry. Bruce’s leadership experience in developing and growing multi-unit restaurant brands, concept operations, menu development and supply chain strengthen Kinetic12’s knowledge and problem-solving consulting offerings.

He has had great success working with brand leaders and their teams on customized solutions to opportunities before they become problems. Tim is a founding partner at Kinetic12. He brings expertise in strategic planning, marketing, market research and category management, P&L management, innovation and Foodservice. For the last 10 years Tim has consulted and led engagements with a variety of B2B and B2C clients to tackle a broad range of strategy, portfolio, innovation and research challenges - from developing business strategies, to training on strategic planning and building long range innovation pipelines.
His experience crosses multiple channels including Foodservice, Retail, C-store, Club and Vending.
Tim has more than 25 years’ experience in marketing and strategy. He worked at Kraft Foods for 17 years across several categories and brands. He managed the Canadian Kraft Foodservice business and was also head of strategy and business development for the $2B North American Foodservice division.
