For the fourth Automation with Zapier Meetup, we're joined by speaker Justin Veenema.

Justin will be sharing several ideas for using Zapier and connected apps in the context of how it helped him to scale his photography business to multiple cities.

Specifically, using Zapier, he scaled his photography business from just him shooting in one location, to international in 3 cities with 6 photographers currently.

He uses Zapier to link together the following apps/services in a few complex workflows, which we will discuss during the event:

+ New lead (Webflow or Sprout Studio)
+ Add + update a tracking sheet (Google Sheets)
+ Message lead, add to contacts (OpenPhone)
+ Get notified of new lead via Slack/text (Slack/OpenPhone)
+ Automatically send a few onboarding emails based on the package they booked in Sprout Studio (Gmail)
+ Automatically send "Rate your photographer" surveys in (Jotform)
+ Update tracking sheet in Google Sheets with survey responses
