Anthony Anter is a DevOps Architect and Evangelist at BMC, where he helps organizations explore the potential of modern mainframe and enterprise DevOps. With over 20 years of experience in engineering leadership, architecture, and hands-on development, Anthony has guided major enterprises—including a Fortune 100 credit card company—through large-scale DevOps transformations. As a frequent presenter and panelist at conferences, Anthony is recognized for his ability to demystify mainframe DevOps and to demonstrate practical pathways to automation, quality, and speed. His insights have been highlighted at events such as SHARE, Tech Field Day, BMC AMI DevX gatherings, and in various industry publications. Anthony resides in Phoenix, Arizona, with his family. Outside of work, he enjoys Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, cheering for the Steelers, mentoring early-career technologists, and helping teams reach new levels of DevOps maturity.

Russell Fishman

Senior Director of Global Solutions and Field Activation - NetApp

Russell Fishman is the Sr. Director of Global Solutions and Field Activation at NetApp, leading their Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics solutions businesses. In addition, he heads up the strategy, roadmaps, execution, and associated GTM for solutions areas including hybrid cloud virtualization, modern workloads, and enterprise databases.
Prior to his current role, and during his eleven years at NetApp, Russell led NetApp's Converged Systems Product Management group. His Converged Solutions innovation portfolio included HCI built-on solutions, joint offerings with Fujitsu, manageability platforms, and GTM programs. With over 25 years of industry experience, he has a track record of developing, launching, driving, managing, and executing market changing product, solutions, and services portfolios, in roles with industry segment leaders Cisco Systems, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Electronic Data Systems.
