Prior to Freshworks, Chad led product management for the Remedyforce product (ITSM offering built on Salesforce) at BMC, as well as leading their platform and integration offerings. Prior to this, he led product management for cloud and on-prem offerings of project portfolio management solutions at Mercury/HP and Innotas. Chad has also held roles in implementation consulting, support, and alliances.
