As a former Principal Software Development Engineer at Expedia, he provided technical leadership to ensure that Platform teams were inline with business units. This included platform requirements for infrastructure, as well as APIs. He was a key contributor to Expedia’s shift to a federated GraphQL architecture.

Field CTO - Apollo GraphQL

Dan is passionate about the power of new technologies like GraphQL to transform the way teams build and deliver digital experiences to customers. At Apollo he leads a community of over 1000 GraphQL champions working to drive technical transformation within their own organizations. Prior to Apollo, Dan led Expedia Group’s effort to radically accelerate the delivery of improved traveler experiences through federated GraphQL.
