Lizzy covers trending flavors, ingredients, dishes and preparations for food and beverage at independent restaurants, emerging chains and top chain restaurant brands. She has also analyzed global trends. She has presented at numerous conferences in the U.S. and Canada on menu trend development for restaurant operators, manufacturers and distributors.

    Lance Reynolds spent a decade as a restaurant owner/operator of 4 locations, a catering company & a commissary in Flagstaff, Az. Later Lance founded Food Biz Today, a school for hospitality owners & managers to learn to integrate systems & tools into their operations to increase and maintain profitability in their businesses. In short, Food Biz Today taught restaurants how to make money. FBT expanded to 7 schools, in 3 states, when he decided to sell the company in 2013. Lance is currently the Senior Manager of the Restaurant Operations Consulting group at US Foods. He has spent the last 7 years traveling to over 30 states to train and mentor restaurant operators and consultants while also working as a keynote speaker, panelist and trend analyst at restaurant industry tradeshows and events.
