Restaurants are among the businesses hardest hit by the spread of this coronavirus as states shutdown restaurants and bars and consumers stay home. In this study, we’ll look at how the virus has impacted restaurant segments differently, what recovery will look like for operators and how suppliers can support healing efforts.
