Updated National Financial Standards (now ALE)

Every year (usually in April) the IRS updates the monthly amounts allowed for Living Standards in Collection Cases (Allowable Living Expenses). This webinar will discuss the newly (April 25, 2022) updated Collection Financial Standards. It will show how to find, read and apply the newly updated standards in a collections case. Lastly, it will review how the standards changed from last year.
