The IRS' New Tax Pro Accounts (https://www.irs.gov/tax-professionals/use-tax-pro-account) went LIVE on July 17th.

In conjunction with a Taxpayer's IRS account, powers of attorney can appear on the Central Authorization file INSTANTLY.

Join Marc Dombrowski, EA, as he walks us through setting up an active Power of Attorney on this system. Marc will show the transaction from BOTH the Tax Pro and Taxpayer side of the transaction. All screens have been imaged, and a copy for your reference will be provided.
