Highly Violent Event is an individual or individuals actively engaged in killing
or attempting to kill people in a confined and populated area.
We have been teaching active shooter, mass stabbing response and counter terrorism seminars in the United States for almost two decades. About 5 years ago we designed our Highly Violent Events Workshop to give an overview of these events and how what to do as an armed or un-armed civilian. Over the years we have worked with experts in Forensics, Law Enforcement and with victims to give you the most advanced and relevant information available. While at times these topics can be mentally and physically exhausting, we know that our research is benefiting thousands in empowering them to keep their homes and families safe.

Jamie Arute

Mr. Jamie Arute, Owner and Chief Instructor of T4 Survival and Alpha Krav Maga, is one of three people in the World responsible for training, testing and certifying instructors and affiliate schools around the globe. Mr. Arute has trained and taught in the Martial Arts for over 35 years, achieving proficiency in Krav Maga, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Jiu Jitsu, Kenpo and weaponry. With the passionate belief that all individuals need the ability to defend their safety and freedom, Mr. Arute’s vision was to provide a training environment where people of all ages, sizes, and abilities could gain the necessary physical and mental skills to overcome dangerous situations.

In 2012, Mr. Arute’s unique school was invited to act as the Northeast Regional Training Center of Alpha Krav Maga International. Alpha Krav Maga was founded by internationally recognized Krav Maga Instructor Sam Sade; His team of coaches and training centers include some of the most talented and influential instructors and studio owners in the world. Mr. Arute has the honor of being on the Board of Directors for Alpha Krav Maga International.

Mr. Arute also designs and teaches personal self protection seminars for companies, universities, and law enforcement organizations. Among his clients are the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, DEA, United States Coast Guard, State of Connecticut, Quinnipiac University; Officers from FBI, NYPD, Boston Police, and New Haven Police Departments; and the University of Connecticut. His seminars include Weapon Retention, Crowd Control and Management, Active Shooter, Force on Force, Sexual Assault Defense, Home Invasion, Carjacking, Kid Safe Anti-Abduction Program, and Child Protection and Safety.

Mr. Arute has received recognition and awards for the outstanding accomplishments. As a full-time Self Defense Expert and a leading voice in the region for self protection, he has been featured in the New York Times, Cheshire Herald, Clear Channel Radio Stations, and other media publications. Mr. Arute continues to passionately bring his knowledge and expertise to clients, instructors and training centers around the world.
