Digital Coach

Natalee Stinebiser is a Gannon University and Hochschule Esslingen graduate with dual degrees in International Management and Industrial Management. Her diverse experience spans corporate America, international social impact work, nonprofits, and the fast-food industry, sharpening her skills in data analysis and leadership. A proud Erie resident, she is dedicated to empowering others through education and technology. In her free time, Natalee enjoys socializing with friends, playing darts, and watching her favorite shows.

Michelle Frischkorn

Digital Coach

Michelle, originally from Erie, Pennsylvania, has a strong background in technical support and digital skills training. She has led tech seminars for the U.S. Census Bureau and served as the lead data-entry specialist for the Jackson Clark Foundation’s CountMeIn initiative. Currently, she works as a Digital Coach with Tech2Elevate, helping Erie residents build digital confidence. In her free time, she runs a small business called Ubebi Baked Goods and enjoys baking and dressing up her cat, Dapper Dan.
