Description: In Email 101, we introduce email in a simple, supportive way that helps participants understand both what email is and how to use it. This session focuses on building comfort and confidence by breaking email into easy-to-understand building blocks and allowing time to practice with guidance.

In this session we’ll show you how to:
Understand what email is and how it’s used
Create, send, and reply to emails
Read and organize incoming messages
Use subject lines and basic formatting
Attach files and understand CC vs. BCC
Practice common email actions with real-time help
