Session 1: English Communication in the University Context, and Practical Writing

Choosing to study at a UK university is a big step, especially if English is not your first language. To help support international students in preparing for their studies at the University of Lincoln, our International College experts have designed a four-part Masterclass Series designed to build confidence in important English and academic study skills.

Our Masterclass Series will take place from 11am to 12pm every Tuesday across March. The sessions will be hosted by Dr Chokri Ghezal, International College In-sessional Programme Manager, and Andy Barker, Deputy Head of our International College.

Join us on Tuesday March 7 for our first session where we will provide an introduction to English communication in the University context and practical aspects of writing.

Throughout each session, Chokri and Andy will provide hints and tips for the IELTS, and all participants will receive a certificate of attendance.
