Matt Allen is the CEO and one of three co-founders of Tractor Ventures. Tractor exists to create options and leverage for founders so they can retain as much of their company for as long as they like. Prior to Tractor, Matt was on the VC and Startup team at AWS, a technical recruiter and a CTO x 3. Along with Aprill, his wife, he's made over 50 angel investments into iconic startups such as Buildkite, Practice Ignition, Kasada and Mr Yum. Outside of work, he enjoys all things electric including cars and mountain bikes. He tweets too much at @mattallen and can always be seen in a blue cap.

Anto was Head of Investment Partnerships for Citi’s private wealth management business, working directly with high net worth investors, SMEs and MNCs across Asia Pacific. Prior to his VP role he was a private client adviser
specialising in structured products, fixed income and foreign exchange. Anto has a proven track record leading teams and scaling businesses.

Anto has a Bachelor of Economics from the University of New South Wales.
