Dr Mo Adefeso-Olateju (chair)
Dr. Modupe (Mo) Adefeso-Olateju is a recognized policy expert, specializing in public-private
partnerships in education. She is Managing Director of The Education Partnership Centre
(TEP Centre); Nigeria’s pioneering education partnership organization. She also sits on the
board of the Malala Fund.

Folasade Omobola Adefisayo
Folasade Omobola Adefisayo is Honourable Commissioner, Lagos State Government
Ministry of Education. She’s a committed education activist with a passion for student
learning, school transformation and teacher training. She served as a member of the Corona
Schools’ Trust Council for 12 years, including more than eight years as Executive Director
and CEO. She is a Merit Award winner of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

Francis Karanja
Francis Karanja is Head of ICT at Kenya’s Ministry of Education. He leads the development
and integration of ICT into education policy, for the Kenyan government.

Gbovadeh Gbilia
Hon. Gbovadeh Gbilia (GG) is the Vice Chair for the Education Commission at the United
Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), former Head of the
Education Delivery Unit and former Deputy Education Minister for the Liberian Government.

Omowale David-Ashiru, Managing Director NewGlobe Nigeria Group; with decades of
