How do you know your child has learned enough or if they are where they should be at the end of the homeschool year? Regularly assessing our children is one way that we can rest easier in the evenings. In addition, regular assessments provide documentation of learning, progress, and growth.
Assessing your child doesn’t have to be complicated. In this session, we discuss how to assess (and document) your child’s learning, how to conduct end of the year reviews, dive into optional standardized testing, explore how literature-based learning allows you to gauge learning through meaningful conversations, and help you set goals to guide next year's learning.
