Kyle began his real estate career in 2015; he has been a part of almost every aspect of Real Estate by surrounding himself with people who are way more knowledgeable than he is.

Starting in production, he had the opportunity to help over 100 families buy, sell, or invest in real estate over his first 3 years. He slowly developed into becoming a leader/trainer on a large team and found that his teaching background helped create an onboarding program for new agents looking to begin their real estate career. After creating systems and processes that agents could follow, he began diving into his own tech stack that he offered and found that agents were easily overwhelmed and would generally rely on just calling instead of being self-sufficient. Once he realized the root problem has always been self-sufficiency, he gave himself the goal to create systems and processes that can easily be trained on and managed. “If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it” is the antithesis of his belief. Everything can be improved.
