Even before millions of Americans began working from home, associations and nonprofits began building online communities. What's the right technology platform and how can I avoid constructing an online ghost town? While some associations have successfully used proprietary software to engage their members, others have instead leveraged tools available from social networks like Facebook and LinkedIn.

Join us for a robust discussion about how to engage association communities online and keep everyone coming back for more. Group moderators who manage successful online communities will share key strategic questions you should ask when determining the best solution for your group, best practices for engagement, and specific examples from successful online communities powered by Facebook Groups.

This workshop is prerecorded, but speakers will join a live chat when it airs, so come with questions and get ready to engage!

This workshop from AssociationSuccess.org is produced in partnership with National Digital Roundtable, the premier convener of digital innovators, leaders and policymakers.
