In today’s pandemic era, off-premise sales via delivery and takeout have skyrocketed and often serve as a lifeline to many restaurants. While consumers remain hesitant to return to on-site dining, they continue to look for the convenience and safety that off-premise opportunities provide. As more and more consumers turn to restaurants for takeout, delivery, and catering, it’s clear that off-premise will flourish well into the future.

This eight-part digital boot camp, led by foodservice experts TJ Schier and Sam Stanovich, will give you the tools your business needs to build a successful off-premise strategy. TJ and Sam will navigate you through the cornerstones of advancing your off-premise program in today’s world: operational excellence; hospitality and service experience; leveraging marketing, technology, menus, and packaging to maximize profits and remain competitive; and boosting sales through untraditional methods.

Each episode will be released weekly and available to view at your convenience. Episodes will be followed by a live discussion and Q&A with the presenters, where you can ask your most pressing questions about that week’s topic.
