Camille (Cam) Sanders is an accomplished association and nonprofit professional with a wealth of experience in developing and executing strategies to drive critical organizational objectives. With a strong background in membership and marketing strategy, she also possesses diverse expertise in program development, project management, and working with volunteer leaders and professional staff.
Dedicated to giving back to her community, Camille is a fervent advocate for associations and other types of nonprofits, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility (DEIA) initiatives, having actively contributed to this work for over a decade. A proud alumna of ASAE's Diversity Executive Leadership Program (Class of 2019-21), Cam is committed to her continuous professional growth and development, holding prestigious industry certifications such as Certified Association Executive (CAE) through ASAE and Professional Certified Marketer (PCM) through the American Marketing Association. Camille graduated from Liberty University with a degree in Business and Strategic Communications. She is also pursuing a Master of Arts in Executive Leadership, furthering her commitment to excellence in her field.

Amid the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic, Camille founding LeadHERShip StrategiesTM as an LLC, landing successful freelance engagements with various nonprofits to provide strategic support for membership, marketing, and chapter governance initiatives. In 2022, inspired by the compelling impact of storytelling, Camille envisioned and embarked on a new chapter with LeadHERShip Strategies. She is spreading joy and fulfilling her purpose in helping individuals in underrepresented communities build connections while sharing inspirational stories of women leaders through her LeadHERShip BytesTM podcast.
Camille's ultimate goal is to inspire, uplift, and empower others, believing that powerful stories have the potential to ignite the flames of motivation within us. She hopes that her work and the stories she shares contribute to this impactful mission.
