She is a Fellow of the Royal Town Planning Institute and a member of the England Policy Committee. In 2022 Catriona was awarded an Honorary Doctorate from Oxford Brookes University and was one of The Planner magazine’s Women of Influence.

Joshua Singh
Regeneration Officer, Sandwell Council
Joshua Singh is both RTPI National and WM Young Planner of 2023. He is currently Planning Regeneration Team Leader at Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council, focused on accelerating the delivery of £500m+ regeneration led investment, across a £2.9bn Regeneration + Growth pipeline.
