T Tim Binding
Data Science and Innovation/Planning Officer at Plymouth City Council

Tim Binding is a massive data geek acting as a data scientist for Plymouth City Council. Working deep within the heart of the Infrastructure Planning team, Tim finds himself broadening his learning of planning acronyms daily, all while wrangling and wrestling with data into the correct shapes and formats. Tim is one of the project leads involved with the DLUHC funded PropTech programme of works, and is actively working on a large change programme within the department, focusing on data standards, formats, and processes. Having previously worked as a business analyst, Tim brings a wide range of experience and techniques to bear on his work, with similar amounts of acronyms and jargon to use and explain as well.
