Mont Royal Resources Ltd is pleased to advise that its Managing Director, Mr. Nick Holthouse, will host a live investor webinar on Thursday, 6 November 2025 to provide an overview of the Company’s Ashram Rare Earth and Fluorspar Project in in Québec, Canada and upcoming activities and news-flow.

Mr Holthouse, who will be joined on the webinar by Mont Royal’s Head of Corporate Development, Mr. Peter Ruse, will provide a comprehensive update on the Company’s development strategy for Ashram, an overview of the rare earth market and the strategic significance of the Ashram Project in the current global context.

Mont Royal recently completed its merger with Canadian-listed Commerce Resources Corp., creating a dual-listed, Canadian-focused critical minerals company focused on developing the Ashram Project.

Ashram is one of the largest undeveloped monazite-hosted rare earth deposits in North America, offering a unique opportunity to advance a new, large-scale source of critical rare earth supply at a time of growing Western demand and strategic focus on supply chain independence.
